Overview
A circle of players stand in a diameter of 30m to 40m, depending on numbers, the larger the group the bigger the circle, with one man in the middle and 2 balls.
To start the session, player 1 passes the ball to player 2 (in the middle of the circle), who controls the ball and departs anywhere to the outer circle, where players shuffle round to make room for him. 1 follows his pass, and passes the stationary ball to the outer circle, player 1 then turns to receive the second ball, who then controls that ball, and then departs to the outer circle. The process repeats itself, involving all the players along the way.
This session can be difficult for players to understand, you can walk through it slowly so that players get the picture.
